Running Accomplishments:

I have never been a runner.  Ask me to do any other form of exercise and I don't usually have a problem.  However, two minutes into running and I am already of all fours.  My best friend told me about this Marathon and I thoughtwhy not.  I am really excited!

Short-Term Running Goals:

I want to complete my first Marathon, and maybe a few more.

Long-Term Running Goals:

I think running will become a big part of my life after this Marathon.  Even if it is just to stay if good shape.

Personal:

I am a Cosmetologist.  I work in Sandy.  I absolutely love what I do. I love doing anything out doors with good friends, but you can also find me inside reading a good book, or watching a movie.

I am really terrible at writing on this thing.  Well I am in my third week of training.  I ran five miles around seven this morning. It rained for the last mile which was nice. I'm surprised how easy it was for me the run the entire time.  I think I am really starting to get a handle on breathing correctly.  About three days ago I started to get a blister on the tip of my second toe.  Does anyone know how to treat this? It kills and I don't know what to do.
