I am really terrible at writing on this thing. Well I am in my third week of training. I ran five miles around seven this morning. It rained for the last mile which was nice. I'm surprised how easy it was for me the run the entire time. I think I am really starting to get a handle on breathing correctly. About three days ago I started to get a blister on the tip of my second toe. Does anyone know how to treat this? It kills and I don't know what to do. |
